Let me share a poignant excerpt from my published book WHEN JESUS CALLS, a story that resonates with many of us who have felt unworthy of His love.
Mary knew with all her heart that Jesus loved her and that He made all things beautiful. Ecclesiastes 3:11 says, “He has made everything beautiful in its time: He has also set eternity in the human heart, yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end.”
Mary felt peace and knew that God would use her life to bring a great testimony for His glory. Somehow, He always seemed to make everything beautiful. She knew that regardless of the outcome, He was with her and loved her.
As we look around the world today, you can feel the division and uncertainty and wonder how it got this way. I understand and share your struggle with the uneasiness of it all. Nothing seems to make sense anymore.
The great news is this: For those of us who know the Lord and understand God’s Word, we can see the Bible scriptures being fulfilled right before our eyes. This also comforts me.
Like Mary in WHEN JESUS CALLS, there are times when I don’t feel worthy of His love, but as I rebuke the lie of the enemy, the deceitful whispers that we are not loved or worthy, I am assured of God's love for me.
Have you ever felt unworthy of His love for you? Do not believe the lie. You are worthy because of Jesus.
So, my friend, let's hold on and keep looking up, for as He promises, He will make everything beautiful in His time.
Like you, I long for the day when peace, unity, and love will reign in our country once more.
He will indeed make everything beautiful in His time, a promise that fills us with hope and reassurance.
Lord, we come to You today and thank You for the comfort that You give us as we see the uncertainty in the world today. We thank You that because of You, we are worthy, and we can be assured that You love us, will protect us, and keep us. It’s only because of You that we have the hope that You give us as we know that Your Word is true, and we can rest on Your promises. In Jesus’ Name, we pray. Amen
Thank you for reading and allowing me to share my heart with you.
Always Believe, John 11:40
